What's Included

Every birthday catering package includes your choice of smoked meats, two sides per guest, drinks, and all disposable service ware (plates, napkins, utensils). We bring everything needed for a complete meal — you just provide the birthday cake and the candles.

Want to go all out? Our full-service option (+$300) adds dedicated serving staff, a drink station, professional setup, and complete cleanup after the party. It's the perfect upgrade for milestone birthdays or larger celebrations where you want to be a guest at your own party.

Our mobile catering setup works anywhere. We regularly cater birthday parties at Fresno parks (Woodward Park, Roeding Park, Todd Beamer Park), backyard celebrations throughout Clovis and Fresno, community centers, church halls, and private venues. Our self-contained operation means we don't need a kitchen — just a flat spot for our smoker and serving station.

Custom Menus & Special Requests

Every birthday party is different, and we love creating custom menus for our clients. Want a tri-tip and ribs combo? Done. Need extra mac & cheese for the kids' table? No problem. Have guests with dietary restrictions? We offer plenty of options including chicken, turkey, and a variety of vegetarian sides. Just let us know your needs when you book.

Booking Your Birthday BBQ

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during summer months when our calendar fills up fast. A 50% deposit secures your date, with the balance due the day of your party. We cater birthday parties throughout Fresno, Clovis, Madera, Sanger, Selma, and the surrounding Central Valley.
