Wedding Catering Packages
We offer flexible packages to fit every wedding size and budget. Our standard package includes your choice of two smoked meats, two sides, bread, drinks, and all disposable service ware. For couples who want the full experience, our premium full-service option (+$300) includes dedicated staff for setup, serving, drink station management, and complete post-event cleanup.

Tastings & Planning
For weddings with 100+ guests, we offer tasting appointments so you can sample our smoked meats and sides before finalizing your menu. It's a fun date-night activity and a great way to make sure everything is perfect for your big day. Tasting fees are credited toward your final booking.
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, though popular dates during wedding season (May–October) fill up quickly. A 50% deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due on the day of your event.
